The building, with its sleek stone and stucco fa&ccedil;ade, was constructed in 2015 by Vandyk. And while there are 150 homes throughout the 3170 Erin Mills Parkway, the low-rise edifice rises to just 4 storeys tall.As 3170 Erin Mills is rather small, the list of amenities chosen by Vandyk had to be carefully selected. There may not be a rock climbing wall or a bowling alley in the building, but residents do have access to a gym, party room, and media room, a rooftop terrace, courtyard, and barbecues, as well as visitor parking.
