That visual style seems to stem from King Blue Condos being truly a global partnership. This building is not the best—broken elevators, unresponsive landlords, constant fire alarms, flooding and stuff in the unit breaks.

Poor building quality, frequent flooding, unsafe elevators and never cleaned thew windows. One of the worst experiences.

I don't suggest buying or renting here. Management is prioritizing the nearby Sutton Place Hotel and neglecting the needs of residents. The building has deteriorated with no window cleaning or kitchen stack maintenance, frequent flooding and regular elevator breakdowns. Heating and cooling systems face yearly delays. Parking is limited and utility billing practices are very questionable. The overall condition of the building continues to decline

The ambiance is great and the security is very polite. The amenities are excellent: pool, party area, kitchen, lounge and games area. It's located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of nearby amenities.
