There are a lot of bad reviews out there about the concierge but I had a great experience with them. Elevators weren't the best but the area is nice

It'll do. VIew is nice, amenities and elevators aren't always avaiable, but the area is pretty convenient next to grocery stores and restaurants. Great dog park nearby and the transit isn't bad.

Eyecatching place near parks and amenities. Initial new-build issues resolved with Condo Corp and Tarion. Now a lovely well-managed home in Toronto.

Sonic has been a great investment for me. Rented it out easily and have had minimal tenant issues. The LRT coming in definitely (eventually?) gives the area long-term upside. Happy I bought early.

Lots to like about the Sonics. The gym is never too busy and the community is a nice mix of professionals and students. You do hear occasional hallway noise, but nothing too disruptive. Worth considering if you're looking around Don Mills.

Nice overall. The building always feels safe and the concierge team is solid! Amenities are well-kept and the lobby is always spotless.

The rooftop is the hidden gem here. It’s not huge, but great for fresh air and a view. Been living here for over a year and still enjoying it. The unit finishes are simple but tasteful.
